Does the Navy still have 1st Class Divers (mixed gas) and Sat Divers?
I was a 2nd class diver (common air breather), '75-'79, and heard the NAV got rid of its 1st Class Divers? And now contracts diving out to civilians? Is this true? I dove the Mk5 'brass hat'.
As far as i know the Army and Navy still have them...

A teen tries to be a fire breather, but his face catches on fire
How To Build Your Own Hybrid Auto
Have You Noticed Gas Prices Going Up Again?
I noticed today that the gas went up again and is in the three dollar a gallon range, and I'm concerned that soon it will be over four dollars a gallon again.
I was perusing the web, and found information and updates on that information on a system that can be installed in your car, truck, tractor or lawnmower. This system converts water into gas, (Oxygen and Hydrogen).
Now I do remember from Chemistry class that these gases are flammable, and I was curious as to how the little bit of gas that's generated could increase the mileage like the ads claim.
The first place I checked was on the scam sites, and found some that said they were, and I found some that insisted that it's a legitimate way to increase your gas mileage. The more I investigated, the more information I found that supported the mileage claims.
I also found a forum that is dedicated to this topic, and there were drawings, descriptions, videos, and pictures all dedicated to this subject.
What I found interesting was that there were a percentage of the people on that forum that WAS not getting the gas savings. Instead of the forum ignoring them, the members spent a lot of time working with them, and a great majority of the ones that had trouble was able to get it resolved.
Most of the websites that cater to this sell the plans and you have to build it yourself. However I found enough information that would support the idea that this is legitimate technology. I found a number of companies that are making the products themselves and selling them all over the world.
To summarize the concept is this: The purpose of is the generator is to separate the water molecule into the respective hydrogen and oxygen components. The gas would be introduced into the manifold or air breather and would make the burn more efficiently, thereby reducing the amount of gasoline needed for that detonation.
Using this method means that you can have available the ability of not only cleaning your engine inside, and cutting emissions outside PLUS you'll be getting the benefit of SAVING MONEY on gas at the same time!
When I dug deeper into this, I found that companies have done intensive research and spent a lot of money testing on vehicles, and found that there have been enormous strides in the last two years.
For example, one of the keys is that this system works best with distilled water, and you must have electrolytes mixed in with the water. A number of inventors used baking soda, but the serious ones use either Potassium Hydroxide or Sodium Hydroxide. They state that with these ingredients are necessary to transmit the amperage needed to do this transaction. People all over the world are working on this technology, and through the miracle of the internet, magazine articles, and you tub, you can watch the successes and failures of the people as they worked with this program
Thanks to Yankee ingenuity, we now how a chance to both save money and help the environment.
I saw this system installed in BOTH Fuel Injection and Carburetors, and in both old cars, and newer cars. I haven't seen any installed in the brand new cars, so if your vehicle is four years old or newer, please be cautious. As another disclaimer, if you have an oxygen sensor, you may get false reading from the extra oxygen in the system. If that happens the sensor will try to compensate by increase the flow of gas. There's a work around in the plans that I saw, so this should not be a concern.
I've read claims that it will clean out the sludge, and reduce emissions. I don't know about the sludge part, as no one has posted pictures of a motor broken down, so I haven't seen visual evidence yet. Many people do claim that their vehicle runs quieter and smoother, so there is some anecdotal evidence that this is true also. As far as the emissions, I've seen the tests where it did reduce them, so the vehicles do run cleaner
Just think about it. Can you imagine the impact environmentally with 25-30% or more of the cars running with cleaner emissions, and using 30%-50% less gas or more?
We would be helping not only the environment, but look how much money you would save.
When you remove all of the hype (For example, how can you have a 200% increase in gas mileage? I would like to know what THAT guy was smoking!), the greatest majority have reported a fuel savings of around 30%. That would mean an average savings of over twenty dollars on a fill up. Some people have reported a legitimate gain of 60% savings after installing their hho generator.
Based upon what I've seen, this DOES work, and I recommend that you either check out the link to my website, or search around like I did. I'll post videos on my site as I find more information.
I also think it would be fun to build a hho generator or heck if you don't have the time or money, you can find a site buy one for yourself.
Another fact you need to know is the US Government pays you to modify your vehicle with a hho generator. You can get a tax credit of up to $2000.
The final question you need to ask yourself is, would you benefit from an installation of a hho generator?
You can do what I did, which is to carefully check out the all of the data that is out there, Consider all of the pros and cons, and try it. All of the sites that offer the plans do offer a money back guarantee, so you can investigate it at your leisure, and at no risk.
You could even do a small test by installing it on a small lawnmower, or you can build a small system that's powered with a nine volt battery, or the large flash light battery, and try it and see for yourself, you have nothing to lose but the chance to cut your gas bill. :)
Here's an idea, if you are out of work, why not make and sell them?
Let's spread this solution to everyone. I don't know about you, but oil and Gas companies have definitely gotten enough money from me.
