does the clutch pressure plate rotates with the clutch disc?
NO! The pressure plate has a bearing that it acts against called a throw out bearing. The pressure plate itself is bolted to the rear of the engine.

I burnt out my clutch disc will i have to replace the hole clutch?
I have an eclipse 1999 gs clutch disc burnt out
It's best to put in a new pressure plate when replacing the clutch disc. If you don't it could void any kind of warranty the disc has and lead to driveability problems and potential transmission damage.
