Best Chrome polish to use/ Quick Detailer?
Fathers Day is coming up and my dad bought a 2002 5.4 f150 xlt 2WD not to long ago. theres alot of break dust on the rims. It has the base model rims. I am not sure what kind of metal they are. What type of polish would you recommend. I belive they are chrome but i cant see well because of all the break dust on them. Also, what would you recommend for the fron grill. it is an aftermarket grill that is just small chrome metal bars going across. Same for the trim on the front end (bumpers also). What would you recommend for polish (cheap please but make it work good). And should i use quick detailer or wax for the paint (white) because there are some tiny scratches like any other semi old work truck. There is also small black dots appearing on the doors near the bottom. they are about the size of a... (well they are to small but you notice it when you are cleaning it. So what are your recommend polishes for the chrome and should i use wax/buff/quickdetailer? Help. Thanks.

purple polish, get it at an autoparts store, very easy to use and is none abrasive, the autosol stuff is good stuff but requires a lot more work then purple polish, it is also a bit more abrasive than purple polish so it would be good for rims that are a bit old and needed a good clean up. however since yours are knew this is what i would use.
can't go wrong with any mothers or meguiars products if they are just light scratches use scratchx2.0 i think it is called. you should also get him some wax for it to keep it protected.
the black spots will be tar that has just flown up from the road eucalyptus oil is great stuff from removing tar, put a small amount on a cloth rub the dots till they come off and then wipe the area clean. there is also wax and tar remover you can buy at an autoparts store.

my computer freezes up when I try to search on firefox?
every time I type in my search bar to look up something on firefox it freezes up, then I have to go to task manager to end task and start all over. I loaded up google earth and google chrome came with it and that is when my problems started.
