My water doesn't work! The duplex next door works just fine and I checked under the crawlspace for leaks??
Its been snowy and sleeting here and last night the water quit working in my duplex. It is very warm under the house and I didn't see any leaks and the water at the duplex next door flows fine.
I tried calling the landlord but they must not be in on Saturdays. Any suggestions till I can get a hold of them?
I checked the breaker box and nothing was tripped too... and we paid our bill on time.
If the water was working wel and then quit, it sounds as if either its been turned off, or the line has frozen.

My dishwasher works but leaks!?
The dishwasher will clean but when it hits a certain cycle, water comes out of the little pressure release valve on top of my counter by my sink. How can I fix it?
It's not a pressure release, it's a vacuum breaker that has failed. Some places require them, if not just eliminate it and make sure the drain hose is clamped under the counter before it goes to the drain pipe. Comprendo?
