painted cement tank needs to be sealed with clear water proof epoxy .?
Cement tank was painted with inground blue pool paint
but still leaks water out on the side that is next to the
poured cellar foundation .The exposed side do not leak.
350 gallons of water leaded out but cellar floor was dray
as a bone. Foundation covered by dirt so no posibility
of seeing where the water lead out .( in 24 hours )
It's a no brainer to try coating the tank with a 2-part water-borne epoxy. It's fairly expensive to do, but it's without question the best investment you can make. E-mail me, and I can refer you to a company I got mine from, along with a 15-year product guarantee.

How come my fish tank is cloudy?
i set up a new fishtank just yesterday, and it all went fine. we have live plants in there, 3 male guppies and 1 female guppies, a good filter, and a heater. blue gravel covers the bottom of the tank but nothing bad happened until this morning. the tank is cloudy, like a white/clear mist. one of the fish swim awkwardly, almost upright but the others show know sign of sickness. what went wrong??

Oops, you forgot to cycle your tank. Cloudy water is a sign that you are still cycling. Your fish will probably not survive the process which can take up to 6 weeks.
Right now you should change 25% of the water every day to help the guppies survive. You need to buy test kits for ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. When your ammonia goes down to zero your nitrites will rise, when your nitrites go down to zero you'll be done cycling. Read more about cycling with fish here: http://www.firsttankguide.net/cycle.php
Make sure you always use a dechlor product when you do your water changes. And most importantly, don't replace your filter media... that is where all the good bacteria live. If you need to clean the gunk off just rinse it in a bowl of tank water. Tap water rinsing will kill the healthy bacteria.
Last but not least, never get 3 males to 1 female with livebearers. They will harass the female and tirelessly pursue her, she'll be very stressed. Get either all males or 3 females to 1 male.
