Where can I buy a 2-3" Body Lift kit for a 4x4 1997 Chevy Suburban 1500?
I would like to find a kit that includes front and rear bumper brackets and any other extensions that I may need. Basically I would like to buy everything I need and take it to a buddy of mine that has a shop in town to install it. I want to get a nice off road look without spending a lot of cash.
Body lifts suck...They do nothing but add tire Clarence,,,You are left with voids under the front and back bumpers and sometimes you have to weld extensions on your steering shaft...Spend a Little extra money and less work...Go for suspension lift.

Is a 2001 Cadillac Deville front wheel or rear wheel drive?
I need to know if I can put a rear wheel drive lift kit on a front wheel drive car.....if the car is even front wheel drive. I don't have the car with me and am not sure if it's front or rear wheel drive. Thanks everyone! Happy New Year!
The car is Front Wheel Drive (FWD). Quick research online suggests there may not be lift kits readily available for the car, and the kits for the older rear wheel drive cars will not fit. It would be best to call a local shop that specializes in custom wheels to see what they have access to that would fit your car. Good luck.
