Does anyone have any great soccer conditioning workouts that will get me in great shape fast?
I am 16 and plan on playing soccer in college, and I need to get into great shape. I am in pretty good shape, but could be in better.
run heaps to increase endurance as soccer is a 90mins game, i always run on grass since its not as stressful for your ankle as it is on ground and hard surfaces. do squirts to gain calf muscle, this helps when sprinting. stand 5-10 metre from a wall and kick the ball against it to practice passing or you can kick it agains da wall as hard you can and try to stop it with one touch, this will imrpove your passing skills and touch on the ball. if u can, chalk a circle on the wall and try to pass or strike in the circle, this will improve passing and shooting accuracy. also, do ropesto help you leap higher, although soccer dosent require as much jumping as basketball, good soccer players can still average leap very high in corner and etc. also, practice juggle when ever you can as it improves your control and touch of the ball.

How can I get into really great shape in less than 4 weeks?
Well, I am going into highschool this month and I want to be in great shape. Im athletic right now, but I want to be super good in sports so i can actually get to play instead of warming the bench. got any suggestions?
Do exercises that work more than one area at a time. Like, do jumping jacks while holding your arms out straight with dumbells, then on every 5th jumping jack jump in the air doing it (it's a cheerleader jump "toe touch") look it up in google images.
