Here is a little about me. And it's all important-
*1 bike already-one at dad's (300$- shocks and 21 speed. VERY nice. Love it)
*I don't really ride the bike at my mom's house-it's very hilly and busy. The only place to go is my school, which is near by.
*I walk home.
*I keep my bike on one speed. NEVER change it. always 3/7.

My intentions for the bike are to school and back. It's not for racing, and I really only want it for looks and the book rack. All I need is to be able to ride it about a mile, half of which is up hill. Is it worth the 150$?
Already asked once. What's the matter? Nobody tell you a Huffy is THE greatest bike ever? It's not.

So is it worth the 150$? I have the money. But still. Is it worth it? DAMMIT WHY CANT YOU TEST RIDE BICYCLES!?!?! RAWR! >:O
Well, you can test ride bicycles at most real bike shops, and if you were able to test ride the bike you are looking at, you might not buy it. It is very heavy and even the smallest hill will be a chore. I don't know why you wouldn't use your gears, they make any hill possible, in fact, with the right gear it is less work to pedal uphill than it is to walk. With 21 gears, you can always find the right one for the conditions you are riding in, up hill or down, into the wind or with it. No, I don't think that bike is worth $150, it is more about the look than the value
