no brake pedal with all new parts?
installed new 4 wheel disc master cylinder with matching proportioning valve, new hard and soft brake lines and bled everything. There is no air in the system. I get a full stream of fluid with no air from all 4 bleeder screws but pedal will not build up, but i can still manually turn tires with jeep off of ground.
please help im out of ideas

no pedal pressure with with car on or off
master cylinder was bench bleed
and the entire sysstem was bleed correctly
fluid is full
and pedal goes to the floor with no resistance
If there is no brake pressure at all, I am willing to BET you don't have enough brake fluid, or have even less clue how to bleed the system than I do, which is none.

How much to repair a motorcycle brake pedal?
I have a brake pedal from bike that broke off just want to see what is the average repair cost (labor + parts).

it is for a 98 GSX-R600
yea i know it cost about $20 bux on ebay but im not sure how to do it so just wondering if it is worth the trouble if it is cheap enough in the bike shop
Those bits are made from pot metal and cannot be repaired.
A shop manual and a fresh pedal are geometrically cheaper than what the shop would charge you to fix it.
