How to fix a 2002 Yamaha Kodiak ATV gas leak?
Whenever we turn the gas cutoff valve to the on position, we get fuel leaking out of the carburetor overflow tube that hangs down under the ATV. If you leave the gas on for a little bit, it starts leaking out the tube that runs under the gas tank. We took the cap off of the carburetor but everything seems to be alright, granted we don't really know too much about this sort of thing. Does anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix this problem?
sure do the float is sticking and the carb needs to be cleaned out, easy fix

Is it ok to burn fuel with a bit of dirt and crap through my atv?
Well i have a grizzly 125 and i am trying to take all the gas out of my tank... but i just took a flashlight and found that there seems to be a build up of gunk (maybe some dirt) in the reserve tank at the bottom of my main tank. there do not seem to be much but will it harm my atv if i push it through my engine? because i think i remember someone telling me that the Gas that goes through Reserve line is not filtered? well i need to know if its ok to burn the bit of fuel with crap in it or not.. thanks =)
Well it's not a huge amount, its a little less then half a bottle cap of debris.
NO that will scar the piston and cylinder wall. Just pull both lines off the tank shut off put a small amout of gas in it and blow the gunk out of the tank with a blow gun and a rag.
